2.Returns

To initiate a return, please ensure that the items are in their original condition, unused, neat and clean, and in the original packaging, including all tags, instructions, and inserts. The return process must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receiving the item. Unless otherwise instructed by Twopinshome, all returns must be made using the original shipping method employed for the initial delivery (such as UPS,USPS etc). You will receive detailed shipping instructions from us. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks after we receive your returned order for the refund process to be completed. Once processed, you will be refunded the full purchase price, including tax, minus any shipping fees. For items that were originally shipped free of charge, the outbound shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund amount.
