For Non-Make-to-Order rugs , the order processing time is: 3-5 days.
But if there is no stock we will keep you post and order processing time would be: 20-35 days.
Standard Shipping
- We offer free shipping unless otherwise specified on the item page.
- Deliveries will be carried out through reliable carriers such as FedEx Ground, UPS, or other common domestic carriers.
- We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes and require a valid street address for successful delivery.
- Twopins Home does not offer unpacking services, collection of packing waste, or physical delivery inside residences or businesses. Our delivery service is limited to the drop-off of packages at the designated address.
- If an order is cancelled after the order has been shipped or processed, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges even if Twopins Home paid for the original shipment.
Large Item Deliveries
- Certain large rugs are required to be shipped via a 3rd party “freight” carrier, because they are too heavy or require special handling that standard delivery carriers are unable to manage.
- If your purchase will be delivered via a 3rd Party service, you will be contacted by the delivery company via telephone, 1-5 days prior to the delivery, to schedule an appointment and discuss the details of your shipment. You will need to be present to sign for the item.
- Unless otherwise specified on your order, all large order deliveries shipping via 3rd party carriers are brought to the curbside only.
- Please specify any special delivery instructions in the “Special Notes” area during checkout. Let us know about narrow streets, staircases in apartment buildings, etc. Some delivery companies may charge more if there are special shipping/delivery circumstances. We will provide you a quote for your upgraded, delivery service.
Insurance
At Twopins Home, we prioritize the safe delivery of your items. Therefore, every shipment is insured against damage.
- In the event that you notice ANY damage to your package, it is crucial to notify us immediately.
- Should you discover any issues with your package, please bring it to the attention of the driver without delay. If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend refusing it to ensure a proper investigation and resolution.
- It is important to note that while damage may appear minimal on the box, the inner contents of the package could be significantly affected. Therefore, we advise you to promptly open the boxes, inspect the contents, and provide a precise description of the damage BEFORE SIGNING for the merchandise.
- To facilitate a smooth damage claim process, it is essential that you retain the original packing material in which the item(s) arrived. Additionally, please ensure to write the words “Damaged Upon Arrival” next to your signature on the receipt or delivery note.
- Digital or traditional photographs can also be extremely helpful in expediting the damage claim process.
