To cancel an order, please inform us within 48 hours. We do not accept cancellations for Made-To-Order items after 48 hours. If an order is cancelled after the order has been shipped or processed, customers are responsible for round trip shipping charges even if Twopinshome paid for the original shipment (i.e. Free Shipping).   • Mutual Agreement: If both the buyer and Twopins Home agree to cancel before shipment.
  • Refusal of Service: If Twopins Home decides to refuse service, a full refund, including shipping, will be provided if applicable.
  • Non-Receipt: If the buyer did not receive the ordered item(s) despite proof of shipping, a refund will be issued (shipping refund is optional).
